يوم صحة الأسنان العالمي في المرسة 41

[سمية الشريف]

صحة الفم من الأمور الضرورية للحفاظ على الصحة عموماً وعلى نوعية الحياة. وهي تعني السلامة من الآلام التي تصيب الفم والوجه ومن السرطان الذي يصيب الفم والحلق ومن العداوى والقرحات التي تصيب الفم ومن الأمراض التي تصيب دواعم الأسنان (اللثّة) ومن تسوّس الأسنان وفقدانها وغير ذلك من الأمراض والاضطرابات التي تحدّ من قدرة الفرد على العضّ والمضغ والابتسام ومن عافيته النفسية

لهذا فعلت المدرسة ال41 يوم الأسنان العالمي في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 1435/1/10
وقد اشتمل البرنامج على ركن خاص بالتغذية يحتوي على لوحات توعويه وتثقيفية تختص بالغذاء الصحي للأسنان كما اشتمل على بعض المأكولات والمشروبات المفيدة للأسنان.
تخلل البرنامج أيضا محاضرة توعوية ألقيت من قبل الدكتورتين :
هديل با فقيه وديما حموي صاحبها عرض مرئي وتطبيقي للطريقة السليمة في التنظيف والتي تعتمد على اختيار نوع الفرشاة والمعجون إضافة إلى كيفية تحريك الفرشاة.
ولفتت الأخصائيتين انتباه الطالبات إلى ضرورة زيارة الطبيب في عيادة الأسنان بشكل دوري للتأكد من عدم حدوث أي أضرار ..
واختتم البرنامج بتوزيع المنشورات والمطويات وتوزيع السواك والتفاح والحليب على الطالبات.
