وقد اختلف المهندسون حولها ففيهم من يرى انها لعب بالطبيعة وتشويه للذوق المهني


وان فيها هدر للمساحات خاصة في الدول الكثيفة السكان


وفيهم من يرى انها تعطي شخصية مستقلة للمدينة وفيها نوع من الفن والجمال
